The staff and students from Phillips Elementary enjoyed their Annual Halloween Day Parade downtown, even with the cool weather.
It's fantastic that the community came together to support the event! A big shout-out is definitely due to:
The residents at Shadagee
Sandy River Shop and Save
The Town Office
The Bubier family
...for providing goodies along the route.
And the parade wouldn't be possible without the vital help from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and the Phillips Fire Department for managing traffic. Their support ensures everyone has a safe and fun event!

The Stratton Lumber donation provided our 3rd and 4th grade students with the opportunity to experience the classic The Wizard of Oz at the Waterville Opera House recently. A huge thank you for supporting arts education.

The second and fourth grade classes planted garlic and got the garden beds ready for winter at PES on Tuesday. We are looking to relocate our garden beds to a different part of the school grounds in the spring! Thank you, Miss Lauren, for all that you do to help us learn more about growing our own flowers, vegetables, and fruits and trying new foods with the produce we have grown!
