Due to the timing of the storm, there will be no school in MSAD 58 today, January 7th, 2026. All afterschool activities are cancelled.
Due to the predicted storm and anticipated road conditions, there will be no school or after school activities in MSAD 58 today, Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
The staff and students from Phillips Elementary enjoyed their Annual Halloween Day Parade downtown, even with the cool weather.
It's fantastic that the community came together to support the event! A big shout-out is definitely due to:
The residents at Shadagee
Sandy River Shop and Save
The Town Office
The Bubier family
...for providing goodies along the route.
And the parade wouldn't be possible without the vital help from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office and the Phillips Fire Department for managing traffic. Their support ensures everyone has a safe and fun event!
