Phillips 8th grade studying Newton's laws of motion. Trying to save their eggs through the use of crumple zones, safety cages, and restraints, cushioning and drag.

The 5th grade is learning about invention during the Industrial Revolution and how they changed society. This activity involves using the telegraph to transmit in Morse Code.

Phillips Elementary School celebrated The Week of the Young Child on April 13th. A total of 45 children, ages 0-10, were able to go alphabet fishing, dance to songs, go on a book walk, plant seeds, eat a snack and pick out free books all while socially distancing! Children from the district who were unable to attend are still going home with books. Thank you to Mrs. Wilkins and Ms. Mathieu who helped set up the event and a special thank you to Ms. Sybil, Miss Erica and Miss Cally for helping me run the event.
